HOME BIRTH


Prenatal visits are an opportunity to get to know you, your baby, and your partner (if applicable). I will provide perinatal education, resources, and discussion around tests and procedures related to pregnancy or postpartum. Your care package includes:
  • Initial visit
  • Comprehensive prenatal visits
    • monthly until 28-weeks
    • every 2-weeks from 28-36 weeks
    • home visit at 36-weeks
    • weekly from 36 weeks-birth
  • Personalized care throughout your pregnancy and between visits
  • Lab work and ultrasound referrals
  • Telephonic support throughout your pregnancy and up to 8-weeks postpartum
  • Family-centered home-birth (waterbirth optional)
  • On-call availability from 37 weeks to attend your birth
  • Skilled midwife and care team for your birth
  • At least four postpartum visits: Day after birth, 1-week , 2-weeks, 4-week (virtual), 6-8 weeks, and optional 12-weeks (virtual) to include lactation/infant feeding consultation​​, newborn weight checks, newborn care education, family integration support, family planning counseling.
  • ***Well-person exam and pap are optional postpartum
