PRENATAL & POSTNATAL CARE PACKAGE

For those planning to give birth in the hospital by choice or necessity, but desire personalized midwifery care, I offer three customized packages.
PERINATAL CARE PACKAGE - $5,500 [Midwifery care for delivery at the hospital, midwife would not attend the birth]
  • ​60-minute initial visit
  • 30-45 minute prenatal visits
    • monthly until 28-weeks
    • every 2-weeks from 28-36 weeks
    • weekly from 36 weeks-birth
  • Personalized care throughout your pregnancy and between visits
  • Lab work and ultrasound referrals as needed
  • Emergency telephonic support throughout your pregnancy and up to 8-weeks postpartum​
  • 4 postpartum visits
  • Lactation/infant feeding consultation​​, newborn weight checks, newborn care education, family integration support, and family planning counseling
  • ***Well-person exam and pap are optional

SUPPLEMENTAL MIDWIFERY CARE - $3,500 [This option would be in addition to the medical care you receive with your primary OB provider]
  • 4 Telehealth Visits
  • 2 Postpartum Visits
  • Lab work as needed
  • Accessibility via phone or text​
